Registration

Registration to ApiO training are only valid when made via the online registration form. Registration is valid only after we received electronic confirmation via our Web Site. formationapio.com reserves the right to refuse training requests received less than 3 days before the date of training even if there is room.

Payment

The payment of fees for training is due in full on the date of registration. Only persons who satisfy all the above prerequisites will be allowed to attend apio formations.

Cancellation

The cancellation will not be charged if the participant is replaced by another person with the same training needs. You will have have to contact us directly to make the change.

• If the cancellation is received 10 days or more before the date of the event, 25% of registration fees will be retained.
• If the cancellation is received between 3 and 9 days before the date of the event, 50% of registration fees will be retained.
• If the cancellation is received less than 3 working days before the date of the event or if a participant does not attend the event, 100% of the registration fee will be retained.

Apio reserves the right to apply the same terms to change requests made by the client.

If the minimum number of participants required for a course is not reached, formationapio.com reserves the right to cancel the event. formationapio.com will endeavor to notify the customer at least 8 days prior to training. In the event that new training dates can not be offered by ApiO, all amount received will be refunded to the customer. The maximum number of participants for a training session is 20 people. The minimum number of participants for a traimning session is 10.

Content and Program

In its sole discretion and without prior notification obligations, ApiO reserves the right to modify all or part of the content of training or the training program. While every precaution has been taken in the preparation of training content and materials provided during the training, ApiO makes no representations as to its content. The ApiO trainings contains proprietary information.

Documents

The use of the documents provided for this training is limited to those expressly authorized in a confidential environment. Acceptance of the documents provided for the training constitutes an agreement by the beneficiary, they shall not disclose such information to any third party, whether by providing copies of these or any other way, except with the prior written consent of ApiO.
